Mr Peter Oppenheimer
| Peter Oppenheimer, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, joined Apple Inc in July 1996. Mr. Oppenheimer also served the Company as Vice President and Corporate Controller and as Senior Director of Finance for the Americas. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Oppenheimer was Chief Financial Officer of one of the four business units for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (“ADP”). Prior to joining ADP, Mr. Oppenheimer spent six years in the Information Technology Consulting Practice with Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Oppenheimer received a bachelors degree from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo and an M.B.A. from the University of Santa Clara. He is an Independent Director at Goldman Sachs Group Inc since 2014. |

Mr Michael Casey
| Michael D. Casey has served as a director since March 2004. Mr. Casey was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Matrix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from September 1997 until February 2002 when Matrix was acquired by Chiron Corporation. From November 1995 until September 1997, Mr. Casey was President, Retail and Specialty Products Divisions of Schein Pharmaceutical, Inc. Mr. Casey was President and Chief Operating Officer of Genetic Therapy, Inc. from June 1993 until November 1995. Mr. Casey held various positions at Johnson & Johnson companies over a twenty-five year period, including serving as President of McNeil Pharmaceutical from July 1989 to June 1993. Mr. Casey is currently a director of two other biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies (Celgene Corporation and Abaxis, Inc.). In addition, during the last five years, Mr. Casey served on the Board of Directors of the following public companies: AVI Biopharma, Inc., Allos Therapeutics, Inc., Cholestech Corporation, and OrthoLogic Corporation. Mr. Casey’s executive leadership experience with pharmaceutical companies and his expertise with respect to sales, marketing and commercialization of pharmaceutical products are among the qualifications he brings to the Board and his service as a Director of the Company. |
Mr Irwin B. Federman
| Mr Irwin B. Federman has served as a member of Intermolecular Inc board of directors since June 2005. Mr Federman brings to our board of directors an extensive knowledge of the semiconductor industry as well as public company governance experience. Mr Federman has been a managing member at U.S. Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, since April 1990. Mr Federman is a director of SanDisk Corp since September 1988. Mr Federman was President and Chief Executive Officer of Monolithic Memories, Inc., a semiconductor company, from 1979 to 1987, where he also served as the Chief Financial Officer from 1970 to 1979. Mr Federman also serves on the board of directors and as a member of the audit and compensation committees of the board of directors for each of SanDisk Corporation, Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., a security software company, and Mellanox Technologies, Ltd., a semiconductor company. Mr Federman also serves on the board of directors for various private corporations, including Neoconix, Inc., ON24, Inc., Silego Technology, Inc. and Supply Frame, Inc., as well as charitable trusts, including the San Francisco Ballet, the Brooklyn College Foundation and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Previously, Mr Federman served as a director of Centillium Communications, Inc., a developer and supplier of communications integrated circuits, and Nuance Communications, Inc., a speech recognition software company. Mr Federman holds a B.S. in Economics from Brooklyn College and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Engineering from Santa Clara University. |
Gavin Swartzman
| Mr. Swartzman has been a Managing Director of the Company since October 2004. He is responsible for corporate development and real estate for MDC and its operating companies. Mr. Swartzman served as an officer in a similar capacity for the Company from September 2002 until February 2003. Prior thereto, Mr. Swartzman joined Amadeus Capital Corporation in 2000 as Senior Vice President where he was responsible for various corporate development activities of that company and its affiliates, including serving as the Vice President, Corporate Development from February 2003 to October 2004 for First Asset Management Inc., a Toronto based asset management company. Prior thereto, he was Executive Vice President of Pet Valu International Inc., a retail chain. |
Alexander Lee
| Mr. Lee is the managing director of Al Yousuf, LLC, a Dubai-based company that operates a range of businesses in the electronics, information technology, transportation and real estate sectors. Mr. Lee joined Al Yousuf, LLC as a managing director in December 2009. From September 2009 to October 2009, Mr. Lee was president and chief operating officer of Phoenix Cars, LLC, an Al Yousuf, LLC entity that in September 2009 acquired assets from Phoenix MC, Inc., a developer of electric vehicles which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April 2009. From February 2009 to August 2009, Mr. Lee was the president and chief operating officer of Phoenix MC, Inc. Mr. Lee joined Phoenix MC, Inc. in January 2008 as its executive vice president, and he served as its executive vice president and chief operating officer from March 2008 to February 2009. Prior to Phoenix MC, Inc., Mr. Lee worked at Rapiscan Systems, a developer, manufacturer and distributor of x-ray, gamma-ray and computed tomography products. Mr. Lee was vice president of strategic planning at Rapiscan from February 2006 to December 2007. Mr. Lee joined Rapiscan as the head of its government contracts and proposals group in October 2003. Mr. Lee earned a bachelor of arts degree from Brown University and a juris doctorate degree from the King Hall School of Law at University of California Davis. On April 1, 2012, the Board of Directors of the Altair Nanotechnologies Inc. appointed Alexander Lee as the interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company. |

Mr Peter Marks
| Peter Marks has served as a director of our company since July 2005. For the period November 21, 2006 to October 20, 2010, Mr. Marks has also served as Executive Chairman of iSonea Ltd, formally KarmelSonix Ltd, a medical devices company listed on the ASX that is focused on developing and commercializing a range of devices in the respiratory and medicine space. Mr. Marks is currently also a director if Peregrine Corporate Limited, an Australian-based investment bank, and Watermark Global Plc, an AIM listed company, which commercializes the treatment and recycling of acid mine drainage water from South African mines. From September 1998 until March 2001, Mr. Marks was employed by KPMG Corporate Finance Ltd (Australia), where he rose to Director and was responsible for heading up the equity capital markets group in Melbourne. From January 1992 until July 1994, Mr. Marks served as Head of the Melbourne Companies Department at the ASX and was founding Director of Momentum Funds Management Pty Ltd, an Australian venture capital firm. From December 1990 until December 1991, Mr. Marks served as Director of Corporate Finance at Burdett Buckeridge & Young Ltd in their Melbourne offices, from August 1988 until November 1990, he held senior corporate finance position at Barings Securities Ltd, and from July 1985 until July 1988, he served as an Associate Director of Mclntosh Securities, now Merrill Lynch Australia. In his roles with these various financial institutions, Mr. Marks was responsible for advising a substantial number of listed and unlisted companies on issues ranging from corporate and company structure, to valuation, business strategies, acquisitions and international opportunities. Mr. Marks holds a Bachelor of Economics degree, a Bachelor of Law degree and Graduate Diploma in Commercial Law from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, and an MBA degree from the Scottish School of Business at the University of Edinburgh. |

| Reed Hastings has served as a member of our board of directors since June 2011. Mr. Hastings has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of Netflix, Inc., a provider of an Internet subscription service for movies and television shows, since 1999. Prior to Netflix, Mr. Hastings served as Chief Executive Officer of Technology Network, a political service organization for the technology industry. Mr. Hastings served as Chief Executive Officer of Pure Atria Software, a maker of software development tools, from 1991 until it was acquired by Rational Software Corporation, a software company, in 1997. In addition to serving on our board of directors, Mr. Hastings currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Hastings holds a B.A. in mathematics from Bowdoin College and an M.S.C.S. in computer science from Stanford University. |
