UAE - Mubasher: The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has exempted travellers arriving from 28 countries from mandatory quarantine measures after landing in Abu Dhabi as per its updated “Green List” countries, effective Wednesday, 18 August 2021.
Travellers from these countries will be required to submit a negative PCR COVID-19 test, valid for maximum 72 hours, before their departure and will undergo a PCR test upon arrival at Abu Dhabi International Airport, according to a press release on Tuesday.
Inclusion in the "Green List" is subject to strict criteria of health and safety to ensure the well-being of the UAE community.
The updated "Green List" includes Australia, Canada, China, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Poland, Ireland, Hungary, Belgium, Ukraine, and Singapore.
