Riyadh – Mubasher: Amlak International Finance Company logged net profits valued at SAR 11.91 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025, higher by 38.44% than SAR 8.60 million in Q1-24.
Total income hiked by 39.55% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 138.18 million in Q1-25 from SAR 99.02 million, the financial results showed.
Earnings per share (EPS) hit SAR 0.12 in the first three months (3M) of 2025, up from SAR 0.08 in Q1-24.
Quarterly, the Q1-25 net profits dropped by 37.78% from SAR 19.15 million in Q4-24, while the total income grew by 4.20% from SAR 132.61 million.
Assets increased by 12.38% YoY to SAR 4.62 billion in Q1-25 from SAR 4.11 billion, whereas the investments’ value was kept unchanged at SAR 893,000.
