Riyadh – Mubasher: Bank Albilad appointed Nasser bin Mohammed Al Subaie as the new Chairman of the board for the coming three years, according to a bourse filing.
Adeeb bin Mohammed Abanumai was announced as the Vice Chairman until 16 April 2028.
Meanwhile, Astra Industrial Group named Sabih Masri as the board’s Chairman and Khaled Masri was appointed as the Vice Chairman.
The two took over their roles for a new term that began on 22 April 2025 and will end on 21 April 2028.
At the end of December 2024, the net profits of Bank Albilad hiked by 18.47% to SAR 2.80 billion from SAR 2.36 billion in 2023.
The group recorded 34.02% higher profits at SAR 318.48 million last year, versus SAR 237.62 million in 2023.
