Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties intends to open Damac Maison Bay's Edge at Business Bay in Dubai in May, according to a statement.
The 22-floor hotel comprises 250 keys, the real estate developer added.
Damac has delivered 17,900 homes as at 31 December 2016.
The company will launch two new hotels in 2017, Niall McLoughlin, the senior vice president for marketing and corporate communications at Damac Holdings told Mubasher last Monday.
