Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Investments announced the distribution of an 18% cash dividend, valued at AED 765.36 million, for 2024, according to a press release.
The shareholders approved the dividend proposal during the company’s 29th annual general meeting (AGM) that was held on 16 April 2025.
At the end of December 2024, the DFM-listed group logged a net profit before tax of AED 1.30 billion for 2024, marking a 21% year-on-year (YoY) rise.
Revenues increased to AED 4.60 billion last year from AED 4.10 billion in 2023.
This performance reflects Dubai Investments’ focus on delivering value to shareholders through strategic growth and operational excellence.
