Dubai – Mubasher: Hisham Ahmed Al-Rayes, GFH Financial Group’s CEO, on Sunday stated that the group was not in talks with Emaar Properties with regard to a real estate project in Morocco.
GFH is working on a megaproject in Morocco, but is not negotiating anything related to it with Emaar Properties, Al-Rayes told Mubasher via phone.
The top official refused to reveal any details related to the project such as its size or value.
Earlier on Sunday, local media reported via social media that the Bahrain-based GFH was in talks with Dubai-based Emaar Properties over developing a land plot in Morocco.
